Returning to Balance Part 2 of 5: Lungs & Large Intestine

Today’s episode is on the partnership of the lungs & large intestine, their effects on the immune system of the body, their ability to detoxify, generate courage, move from grief into joy, and let go of what is holding you back from your best life.

The lungs, symbols of leadership and truth-seeking, inspire us to breathe in life fully, while the large intestine focuses on completion, perfecting the art of release. These organs, intertwined in their functions, serve as vital detoxifiers for our body, emphasizing the importance of grief as a natural, cleansing process. Through understanding their roles, we’re invited to release deep-seated emotions such as grief that, if left unaddressed, may manifest as physical ailments, including rheumatoid arthritis, linked to unresolved bitterness.

This session doesn’t just stop at awareness; it offers practical guidance on moving beyond the pains of grief, utilizing visualization and breathing techniques to cleanse and rejuvenate our inner selves. By envisioning ourselves within a protective sphere, we are encouraged to let go of what no longer serves us, making space for healing and growth.

Moreover, the episode illuminates the interconnectedness of our bodily systems, highlighting the partnerships between organs and the significance of balance within this intricate network.
